Crystal of Atlan

- The event will be available from June 25, 2025, 18:30:00 to July 22, 2025, 22:59:59 (UTC+7)

- During the event, Adventurers can make purchases in the official shop to earn points. Points awarded for each item will be shown below the item icon.

- As you accumulate more points, you will unlock rewards of different tiers.

- Each tier of rewards can only be claimed once, and they will be sent automatically via in-game mail after claiming. (Rewards are bound by default.)

- Points will be reset at the end of the event (July 22, 2025, 22:59:59), and they cannot be carried over to the next event. After that, it's not possible to claim unclaimed rewards from the event page. Please arrange your time accordingly.

- Points that go beyond the maximum milestone limit during the event will not be counted.

- For refunds, we will reclaim all gains from your recharge and draws and deduct an equal amount of Diamonds for used items. Depending on the refund, we may impose penalties, such as account suspension.

1. The official top-up center for Crystal of Atlan is available on iOS, Google Play, and PC. Adventurers can easily verify their game account on the website to access top-up services.

1. Vouchers are official products from the Crystal of Atlan top-up center and can be used to purchase in-game items. Once payment is successful, the items will be sent to your top-up account. Please claim them in-game.
2. Purchasing Vouchers does not increase your total top-up points, but using them in-game will grant you the corresponding number of points.

1. 1. After entering the game, select the Avatar in the top left corner to go to the profile page.
2. 2. You can find your character ID in the top right corner.
3. 3. Use the Copy button to the right to copy the ID.
4. ***Please double-check your character information before proceeding to the next step.

1. Usually, you'll get your items right after payment or a top-up, but sometimes there might be a short delay.
2. Delays usually won't exceed 30 minutes. If you still haven't received your items within 30 minutes, please contact customer support for assistance, and we will resolve it as soon as possible.
