  1. The official top-up center for Crystal of Atlan is available on iOS, Google Play, and PC. Adventurers can easily verify their game account on the website to access top-up services.
What are Vouchers, and how do I use them?
  1. Vouchers are official products from the Crystal of Atlan top-up center and can be used to purchase in-game items. Once payment is successful, the items will be sent to your top-up account. Please claim them in-game.
  2. Purchasing Vouchers does not increase your total top-up points, but using them in-game will grant you the corresponding number of points.
Where can I find my Character ID?
  1. 1. After entering the game, select the Avatar in the top left corner to go to the profile page.
  2. 2. You can find your character ID in the top right corner.
  3. 3. Use the Copy button to the right to copy the ID.

What should I do if I didn't receive my item after topping up?
